Copper Square Ltd is owned and managed by Ashleigh Watson. A Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing (FCIM), Ashleigh is a marketing communications professional with over 18-years industry experience working across the public sector, business to business (B2B) and business to consumer (B2C).
A ‘Top 40 under 40 Business Leader,’ she is also a mentor providing dedicated advice and support to organisations who require specialist strategic social media support. Marketing strategy, public relations, event management and new business development is also part of her repertoire.
Ashleigh is known for being proactive and getting things done. She is founder and host of Social Media Savvy. This calendar event brings together the industry’s top thought leaders and experts to share insight and inspiration with businesses on how to get the most out of social media opportunities.
A guest and motivational speaker, Ashleigh is regularly invited to speak on the conference circuit and at training events across Ireland and the UK sharing unmissable practical advice, top tips and social media market intelligence.

Meet Amy Smith, our newly appointed Operations Manager at Copper Square. With her extensive background in freelancing as a marketing and operations support for small businesses, Amy has proven herself to be an expert in streamlining processes and improving the overall experience for both clients and team members.
Prior to her freelancing career, Amy had a successful career in Aerospace Engineering, where she gained invaluable skills in project management and problem-solving. She brings her expertise to Copper Square and is passionate about helping others avoid overwhelm through the use of good, appropriate, and smart systems for marketing and wider business operations.
When she’s not busy at work, Amy is a devoted mum to two girls and an obsessive book reader. She loves nothing more than curling up with a good book and a White Mocha whenever time allows.

She runs her own small business, Loz Creates, selling paper goods and more to brighten your day, which has been recognised by Theo Paphitis as a winner of Small Business Sunday.
Lauren is a creative, target-driven individual with a natural flare for being able to communicate and build lasting relationships with clients. She is passionate about giving her clients a cohesive and professional social media presence through scroll-stopping content that engages their ideal clientele, allowing them more time to focus on what they love.
She has experience supporting a wide range of clients with their social media and branding, as well as having the educational background of a 1st class degree in Business Psychology. Her studies and work experience have equipped her with the skills needed to analyse consumers’ thought processes and purchasing choices more effectively and to bring unique, fresh solutions to the table.
When she’s not busy at work, Lauren is a proud mum to two girls and enjoys spending time at the beach. She’s powered by iced coffee and also works as a Restorative Justice practitioner
Carlin Creative is not another PR agency. It is a boutique, highly specialised communications service for private and corporate clients who want to stand out from the crowd. It has been set up by Una Carlin, the founder of Carlin Creative who has come to independent consultancy after 20-years working in senior marketing communications roles in the UK broadcasting industry.
She spent ten years in London working for Channel 4 and ITV before returning home to become Chief Spokesperson for BBCNI for 15-years. During that time she ran the BBCNI Press Office and was nominated for news management and reputation awards for her work on Spotlight’s award-winning documentary exposing Iris Robinson’s affair, Five Minutes of Heaven with Liam Neeson and Jimmy Nesbitt and Facing the Truth with Archbishop Desmond Tutu.
Since leaving the BBC in 2015, Una, through Carlin Creative, has provided consultancy services to Belfast City Council, the prestigious Institute for Global Food Security at Queen’s University, Belfast and Cancer Fund for Children in association with the Rory McIlroy Foundation among others.
Zoe, a freelance web designer, specialises in WordPress and thrives on collaborating with business owners and individuals to create personalized websites that drive their goals to fruition.
Her journey into web design began during her Computer Science degree at Queens University Belfast, and her subsequent experience in business development allowed her to merge her passion for design, marketing, and technical expertise to craft effective websites for her clients.
